Hi all,

Forgive my ignorance but I was wondering if there is a service to find out what your account is going to be near the end of the month. I have this service with Autopage and was wondering if its available with Vodacom SP.

Thanks

Sure is, you just need to register on www.vodacom4me.co.za first, once that's done, click account balances, and you'll have 4 tabs, one with your monthly bundled SMS's (if you have it loaded) free minutes (if you have) and available bundled data left (if you have it loaded) Remember only free minutes carry over from month to month for a maximum of 3 months, but as yet with bundled data and SMS's either use it or loose it.

The next tab is a reports tab, that will give you your current, and a couple of previous months itemised bill, invoices, and statements.

The next tab is for Banking details for debit order purposes, and the final tab is for online payments.

Hope that helps... Now if only the silly website would work properly - that would be very nice

Thanks fingers121. I'm already registered on v4me but I don't have those tabs. I can't even modify my details or services. I called 111 and they don't know whats up. I'll just wait for the new month and hope it comes right. But then again the site might be having problems. :)

Looks as if the website is down - again - it was changed to have all the VSPC information on the 4me website a couple of weeks back, but the service has been so erratic, sometimes the balances and report information don't show at all, and when it does, it's so slow...

Just remember to allow pop-ups (either IE or Firefox) to enable you to view the reports
