Default Puppy linux & setting up cell c modem

I got my cell c modem (2gb per month) to work in ubuntu 10.10. I'm struggling to get it working in Puppy Linux 5.2 (Lucid Puppy). I use the same settings as the ubuntu config (APN, username) but when it connects it generates an error. Can anyone help?

There is no username, if your settings have one, remove it, then it should connect.

I finally got it working, the network setup wizard was a bit buggy. If anyone's interested here's a link from a puppy linux forum outlining the solution. Strangely, the wizard would not let me connect unless I provided a username and password. Thanks for the assistance guys.
