Section Rules - Read this first

This section is aimed at informing consumers about communications issues as well as making consumers’ voices heard. To that end, this section will be moderated strictly to ensure that these aims are being achieved.

A few of the rules to be followed in this section (which may be added to or amended from time to time):

1. Keep to the topic of the thread; efforts to derail will be deleted
2. Constructive comments are encouraged
3. Disruptive behaviour – which includes personal attacks, offensive comments – will be dealt with at the discretion of the moderators (but generally not tolerated)
4. Keep your posts concise and informative, and your questions specific and clear
5. Please proofread your post for basic grammar, punctuation and spelling before submitting, as this helps to get your point across and avoid ambiguity
