Firefox help

I been using FF all day, so now the power outs and I use the phone & laptop to connect and all I get out of FF is this:

Forbidden
You ctb-cache3 were denied access because:

Access denied by access control list.

I disabled the firewall, no go - Avant browser works fine with firewall active.
