What a waste of hype and expectance. No real solutions delivered for customers to want to switch from Telkom. Some nice ideas they had to not roll our too many cables and go wirless but it was done so half heartedly.
 
+1, they failed to compete on price, they failed to provide what the customers wanted, they failed in the customer service department, hence they failed to achieve critical mass and they might as well go home.

We don't want a 5th wireless network operator, we want a SECOND FIXED-LINE OPERATOR. If Neotel doesn't want to be the SNO, they can hang up their shoes and call it a day.
 
+1. I just switched from Neotel last week to Telkom ADSL. Then Neotel's retentions dept tells me i still have to pay the R999 for April also even though my 30days cancellation is on the 28th of March.
