I think this deserves it's own thread, especially since the big 10% clause is gone; replaced with a much more vague clause, but something that should still be effective in reducing cancellation penalties to a reasonable and fair level. Sub-clause (3) seems nice.

The draft regulations stated an sms competition entry may not cost more than a standard sms. This has been changed to R1.50. So they can still "fund" the prize through revenue generated by the sms's
