DirectAxis admitted to me that they are members of the DMA, and they ignored the DMA's Do Not Contact list to send me SMS spam.
They also have a business relationship with Sanlam, who is not a member of the DMA.

Doesn't surprise me in the slightest.
They also have a business relationship with either Nedbank/Telkom/FNB/eThekwini.... since they are the only 4 entities that know my knew address and i've started receiving Direct Axis mail at that address now.
I get a monthly letter from Direct Axis offering me a R150 000 loan, very annoying. I receive nothing from other loan "sharks" such as ABSA, African Bank, etc, only from Direct Axis.
