    Any one know of an app that replicates the iphone "contacts" i like how it shows the Favorite people in the main screen, i know htc sense can do this but it requires you to click groups first.

    I found a gem of an App Supports almost all Chat protocols IM+

    Skype, Google Talk, Facebook, MSN and more, all in one app. Only missing one would be Whatsapp

    Its quite a nice app, baught it when i had my berry, definitely nicer on the droid though.

    I would suggest giving Dolphin HD a test, i tried that as well as FF and Opera and IMO FF is a complete joke on android, 14mb and absolutely nothing special about it. DHD has a much nicer UI and many more features with a much smaller footprint.

    Have you tried player pro, personally i am also a winamp fan but i cannot understand how any self respecting music player cannot have a shuffle function, plus PP has a nicer UI and more functions as well as an exit button.
    The only advantage to using winamp would be wifi sync and i can use an ftp server to achieve the same result.

    Just installed a version of skype on my Galaxy S ii that allows video calls! Pretty cool! This only works on 2.3+

    Thanks for the suggestion CBlaze, I'll check it out. Well since I don't use the wifi sync at all so there's no problem there.

    The latest version of Opera Mobile is brilliant. It now matches the Android browser in visual quality but performance is so much faster. Supports Adobe Flash now.
    Websites that bring the frame-rate down in the stock-based browsers run fluidly in Opera, even when zooming. And it doesn't sacrifice visual quality like the older versions did.
