Just some background information: I live in Sandtond North, near the corner of William Nicol and Republic.
In March 2010, I applied for Telkom ADSL for my home. In April 2011, I received a letter saying that they could not help me, after countless calls to their sales department.
Just as a last ditch attempt, I called their sales centre and managed to get a project number about an upgrade that they are doing on the exchange that I am on - 1000100417-01. Does anyone know who can tell me more about this? The sales reps don't seem to know very much about what they're talking about.
