Moving to Randpark Ridge; looking for ADSL info

Hi,

I'll be moving to a house just behind the NHC in Randpark Ridge (Google Maps) and am in search of answers to:
- what exchange serves that area
- is self-install available
- what speeds can be expected

is this not exchange people were complaining that it was over congested , in some other threads?

just make sure, no use if the exchange cant handle all the users.
 
Randpark ridge's exchange is heavily congested been waiting over a year and still no ports available(well at least where I live) though luckily you are in honeydew.
