Position: Product Development Project Manager
Reports to: Acting Product and Marketing Executive
Overall purpose of the position
Exciting and growing ISP seeking adept individual to plan, manage, develop and implement competitive product range.
Minimum Requirements
· Minimum of 3 Years Project Management experience
· Minimum of 2 Years experience in the ICT industry
· Experience in the ISP industry ideal
· Experience and good understanding with Agile development methodologies
· Understanding of financial principals and terminology (working with budgets and forecasts etc)
· Demonstrated, broad business perspectives and outstanding administrative capabilities.

Key Performance Areas (KPA’s)
· Product proposals: feasibility studies, target markets, risk and cost assessment, determining pricing and profitability points and operational product processes
· Reviewing and improving and discontinuing existing products
· Monitoring and reporting on product performance and customer satisfaction levels
· Working with Marketing and Sales to define and improve product experience and ordering process, and product roll out
· Defining, developing & maintaining the product road map and ensuring alignment with product segmentation
· Marketing research: Review, manage and report monthly on industry trends and competitor analysis
