I was the unlucky winner of a new portable neotel phone. Due to some serious shockingly incompetency from neotel I decided i will never be a customer of neotel.

Thats a pic of my prize, but i still have a R100,00 voucher for neotel which i will i will give to a person who convinces me in a reply why he/she is a hardcore neotel fan. (My decision)

Obviously you must be an existing happy neotel prepaid customer to make use of the prize
 
For a moment there I thought it was R100,000 voucher. For that I might move over to notel. Might.
 
I cannot even port my prepaid Telkom line to Neotel prepaid at the moment. Will only sign up for a phone when i can do that.
 
Looks like no happy neotel customers on this forum. First person who has neotel prepaid, would like the R100,00 voucher and replies with Yes I want it gets it. Come there must be at least a neotel prepaid customer on this forum (You don't even have to be happy with neotel)

Fine don't tend todo it normally, but i am not going to drive to the nearest store to give the phone back to neotel, i asked for them to collect it no response, giving the hardware away to someone else is not going to help as whatever number has being assigned to me is on the phone so I don't know in which hands it might fall (criminals abound). The phone won't work anywhere else as on the neotel network so i might as well dispose of it(no point of it lying around the house). What better way to show my frustration about neotel's incompetence then to break in my opinion a brick

But hey if you want the R100,00 voucher just say yes and i'll give it to you (you must have neotel prepaid though otherwise it is just a number which can't be used)

And to make you feel better I'll dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way at a electronics recycling point.

Would have entered here but I've been waiting 4mths for Neotel callcenter to reply to my email where I requested they convert my old Prime device to prepaid (been Neotel free for a year now and will never, ever say anything bad about Telkom again).
 
I had some Neotel experience a while back. Will never recommend it to anyone. Compare Neotel to iBurst and Telkom... iBurst and Telkom win by far. I wouldn't even take it for free!
 
I dont have Neotel myself but I work with it everyday and my company sells it as a failover service - plus I have Neotel Fibre coming into my server room spit into two static IP lines. Give it to me - I'll find use for it! :)

You are the first one who wants it, it is yours if i don't find anyone before the weekend is over.
I would love to give it to someone who is personally going to make use of it

Never new it was so difficult to find someone for a freebie, guess Neotel has not many fans on this forum.
