If I'm not wrong, there was a breakaway from the IRB at some point in time. It had to do with European rugby outside of the home nations. I could be wrong though.

The AB's were fined a short while back for crossing the halfway line during their haka. The IRB is just being consistent.

Here they were warned, can't find the one about the fine so I may be mistaken.

Well even the ABs said they think it was a dumb decision and not in the spirit of the match and I can't say that i disagree.
 
Is the spirit of the game being lost due to politics and that goes for all different games?
 
Hire a school level coach and then hire 20 real coaches with real experience to assist him. Thats what they did.
