So our company moved premises and we ordered the 15mbit fibre line.

There is another company in here that also has fibre with a cabinet. The techie's come out to do a site survey. A few days later I get a letter for the installation. It clearly states 'Fibre to existing cabinet'.

They pitch up yesterday to do the installation and tell my boss they cant do it cause there is no cabinet installed and left again.

*sigh*

Now we have to wait for another install date to get them here to install and prove there is a cabinet.
 
I feel your pain.

We ordered fibre from them for business purposes. This is not their broadband product, but point to point guaranteed bandwidth. No problem, trenching was done, fibre installed. I know they install more than one pair of fibre, so we phone them and order 10meg broadband while we are at it.

30 minutes later I get a call, saying they can't give us broadband, there is no fibre in our area :) (Luckily it was up and running 2 weeks later).
