I have tested the neogo product for a week on the huawei EC168c EV-DO device from Neotel. To be honest with you my speeds was between 0.22mbps and 0.75mbps.

For internet surfing it is fine but anything else like skype ... no no no

Dont sign any contracts. Dont believe anything they tell you. Get everything in writing and record every phone call.
