Unannounced Motorola Android tablet spotted

It LOOKS very nice, but unless they improve performance of the hardware and Android OS, people will still go for the iPad.

I really hope this Motorola is a true contender to the iPad 2 because I refuse to buy and iPad....would rather wait for an Android.

The current Android tablets a really sluggish.

Not sure where that comes from, my Xoom is as fast, if not faster, than an iPad 2. And I can overclock it to 1.7GHz if I so desire, but I just don't see the need, it is more than fast enough.

As for the new 7" tablet, I may be interested in a 3G version of this device, as this could be nice for light travel.

I'm in the same boat - a few new tablets expected in Q4 when the new version of Android (2.4 or 4.0??) is released. Hope they price it appropriately - the current Samsung, Motorola are too close (or more expensive) than their iPad 2 equivalents, and even though I prefer an Android tablet to the Ipad, I still think Apple has better quality hardware.
