In honesty, I don't know much about these things:

I have 2 laptops and an iphone at my home and would like to get the 8ta internet 5 promo. So could you please tell me which router will offer the best possibility of connecting at least 2 of the devices simultaneously via wifi; thus, surf or utilise the 8ta package simultaneously.

What will the prices of such routers be; and where can I buy them at the best prices?

Thanx!

Ps. Also, would it be best to get a dongle along with a router, or would a router alone suffice?

There are 3g routers available that allows you to do this. Maybe some of the other guys can give you more details about specific models and prices.

BTW, its an inherent feature of a wifi serving device (in your case the router) to broadcast its service to all clients which are capable of receiving said signal :)

If you look at your drayteck series routers, the work great for dual wan. I have one myself, and it took me long time to get a router that can handle dual wan connections. For example if my ADSL line drop, it auto switch to my Iburst backup , or 3G Backup

PM me, if you need more details
