    Hello,

We purchase capacity from many different supplier, with WA being one of them.

We do apologise for the outage, but all backbones experience outages from time to time.

You also have the option of using SMS support.

    - SMS the word: openweb
    - followed by your message to 34110. SMS's cost R2
Eg: openweb I forgot my password. My ow num is 5891

    Hey Friends,

SAT3 is down causing major international problems on most backbones using this connection.

    Engineers are attending.

    We apologise for the inconvenience.

I saw just now that international access is a bit wonky at the moment. Will wait patiently for it to be restored.
And thats the bottom line, cause StoneCold said so...

Hmm, just did another speedtest, seems to be back to normal now. Must have been something in the house pulling some bandwidth.

    Hey Friends

Over the weekend, we will assign most of the business bandwidth over to consumer packages, so it should be much better than currently.

MrBeep, you are my hero. Lets hope this will improve the situation. I am in much need of some relaxing game play as work has taken it's toll on me!!
