    Is anyone out there getting ANY international connection? And if so, on which OW package?

    The reason I ask is that I am paying premium for a 1M Uncapped Gold PLUS account (an extra R80 p/m over standard Gold) and for the entire day I have not received a SINGLE byte of data from any international site/service (except for gmail imap, which seems to work - even though SMTP is DOA).

    It would seem that the "tax" I pay for PLUS is completely wasted as I was under the impression that one of the main reasons for having it was that when things fail, I would at least have some connectivity. I will contact OW directly but first wanted to find out if I am being unreasonable (ie. everyone is down completely).

    If you talking about International, i have zero access page fails to load, and cant access email to mail you, i have access to mybb just.

    My browser gets stuck at "Connecting...." on all international sites. I can see a speed of about 0.1 kb/s.

    I have 1 MB Standard Uncapped. I will send an email. Thanks.

    Thanks for the quick replay. As I mentioned in my post, my SMTP server is not working so I will contact you through the OpenWeb site's support system...hope that works

    And this was the result of reporting via the openweb support system

    Mr Beep could you please inform the support staff that we should not be offline completely as it seems they believe it is fine that we have no service

    I haven't got a thing either on my 4 Meg Uncapped Gold. I've intermittently tried to reach google search to see if it's fixed, and nothing so far the entire day. I had downloads running via usenet & jdownloader when this started and neither have so much picked up a single byte, haven't even connected. So I think save to say I have absolutely no international. Only exception is after trying all day I finally got an email earlier, I managed to read it, but beyond that any further activity on gmail leads to a endless loading message.
