ChatOn is a free instant messaging service currently available on the Android platform, as well as bada and Samsung feature phones.
ChatOn features a 3 tab interface, which include:
A group chat facility is also available, which allows you to share photos, videos and messages with groups of contacts on ChatOn.
An “interaction rank” feature allows you to see how often you chat to specific contacts, and the “Buddies Say” feature allows you leave messages on your friend’s profile page.

- Buddies page – The page creates a list of contacts and allows users to compile favourite’s lists of their contacts. ChatOn also synchronises with your address book automatically so all your existing contacts who are already registered on ChatOn are available.
- Chat – The chat tab displays current and most recent conversations with contacts.
- My Page – This tab allows you to create your own profile, including a profile picture, display name and a status.
