OctroTalk version 1.0.2 is a Google Talk client for WP7, which allows you to stay logged in to the Google Talk service, and receive incoming messages via push (in case app is not running in the foreground). OctroTalk supports both tile and push notifications. Free App.

OctroTalk with VoIP for Windows Phone 7, 7.5 and up

OctroTalk version 1.0.5 supports VoIP. You can make audio calls with GoogleTalk/Gmail users.
