    Default Go sms's pro

I'm using the PRIVATE BOX function in the app "go sms pro" on my SG2 and so is my GF, as it turns out her daughter likes to read our juicy late night sms's
Now my GF has forgotten her password! is there a way to delete old password other than having to uninstall go sms's pro?
    Thanks

I'm sure it's been mentioned but I think possibly THE most important, must have app is AndroidLost.

Even for when you just misplace your phone at home somewhere.

I installed it but never used it until now, gf went to work in my car and I thought I left my phone in the car.
So I went to androidlost.com, signed in with my Google account and made an alarm go off, my phone was in the kitchen

You can also access a plethora of other phone functionality like camera, microphone, send messages to the phone (hey, mofo, I know where you live, police are coming!) , wipe phone etc.

Update for the File Management / Explorer Section

    Already listed are:

ASTRO File Manager Add supported with option to remove
    ES File explorer
File Expert With cloud integration (all in one)
    File Station
    Root Browser

Found 2 that might also be worth a look

File Manager By Rhythm Software the creators of the File Manager HD (The best Tablet based file manager if you ask me purely because of permission management) also the best lan share management

Well that was true till I found this puppy, It actually includes all the features from all of the above.

Solid Explorer Beta2 : Yes it still beta but man does it have features and then some. From SMB shares, to sftp/ftp but it has an added secret, ability to add Cloud storage, from Box.com to your Google Drive and Dropbox all under one app. Go check it out it truly is the best of the lot if you ask me.

Oh and just when you thought it can not get any better, try turning your phone for landscape dual pane view with drag and drop file manipulation

Great file manager, the features this thing has is 2nd to none, might just replace Root Explorer for me. Will see in a few real world usage situations if its gonna be my primary.

    Thanks for the heads up

Looks good from the bits I've tried (once you figure out how the interface works!) SMB needs some work, unless I'm missing something, it's a pain having to re-enter the share details unless you let it remember the password.

    The split panes is magic!

All I'm going to do is ask if you have tried it... because to be honest, it doesn't look all that great to me. No way to see how the app looks, etc.

Still, if Installous is for you...

Use it wuite often myself, perfectly safe. App screenshots do exist for developers that bothered uploading them but many of the apps are shall we say discounted. So developers do not bother uploading pics for market apps.

One example would be the Ster kenikor app that SK made exclusive to the Samsung store, I went and uploaded it to aptiod so that non-Samsung owners could get it too, and SK does not care cuz I posted a link to it on their FB page as well.

Just came across X-Ray for Android. Not sure if this was posted before.

    It does the following:

    • Safely scan for vulnerabilities on your Android phone or tablet
    • Assess your mobile security risk
    • Keep your carrier honest

Since my recent purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Nexus, I have been looking for an app, that whilst free, it is able to do tons wrt helping me track my phone (should it get lost/stolen).

There are many, but the one I found that is very nice, is Android Lost.
There is a web portal that hold many functions, including remote audio recording, call logging, sms logging, photos etc.

I hope to never need to make use of it though!!
