Mweb domain transfer help

Hi i just wanted to know how long does it take to transfer my domain because ive been waiting for almost 2 weeks because i had to wait for mweb to pay co.za before hetzner could submit a ticket i have sent everything to mweb and they did tell me that i can ask hetzner to submit the ticket and now i just called them and the say that they did receive the ticket but the account is still mark as active i had to wait for over 30min just to hear that and now they tell me to resubmit the ticket in about a hour i am tierd of waiting and thinking of calcining everything i have at mweb and transfer all my adsl clients that use them because of this and slow service please if there is someone that could just tell me how long i have to wait now because 2 weeks just to transfer a domain name is not a good impression
