Voted no, as there is no way it is enhancing the experience of myBB imo.

The problem is you can not see which posts have been nominated to receive "Rep" and thus it becomes pointless.

You could see which of your own posts got rep'd, in your own CP... which is all rather pointless. What'd actually add some value is to see which posts were regarded as noteworthy within a thread, and not just one's own.

I voted no - it creates the perception of someone being knowledgeable in a discussion, whether relevant or not: a user might be an expert on cars, but not in LCD TVs. The rep system has no way of distinguishing.
