Afrihost Exceptionally Slow

Hello,

Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing super slow internet on Afrihost tonight? I have a 10mb line but look my speedtest:

Their easter egg competition entry page doesn't work (just says "connecting ..." and times out after several minutes). Might be related.
 
Hmm I wonder what it could be :( Any advice on how to try and fix it myself? Please?
 
I did do that now - still the same. Could it be my ISP or is it Telkom?

Trace means if there are major issues or not. It looks ok.

The throughput is bad though.

I have - they were supposed to call me back but nothing :( It cant be telkom I am sure - because I have called them and they tested my line and they said everything is fine with my line
