I'm getting timeouts with IS's smtp server. Anybody else having issues?
 
Yeah, but I've got an IS account, and it didn't make a difference any other month.

If you are an OpenWeb subscriber, kindly drop me a mail and I will send you the details to our own 100mb/s SMTP server.

There does seem to be a problem since we instigated the hard cap on the 1st of April, I've received a few calls myself today and yesterday with regards to this. Our infrastructure guys are checking into at the moment to see what is happening, you could log a call to the help desk [email protected] the more usernames we can get to check on our side the better.

Thought I'd give it a try represent IS to the best of my abilities.
 
Yeah I know JC so I won't be the same as he is, he really does know what he is doing and he is much, much higher up then I am. But he does lack the people handling skills though, so I'll do my best to try be objective and not loose my head.
