dstv forum attachment

hi! i was wondering if someone can assist. i registered on the dstv forum last night. they have an DIY installation document but i cant access the pdf at the moment:

We've told them off for being a shyte company... and they don't like that,... they only want people praising their apparent awesomeness.

No idea what their problem is, can't remember jumping thru hoops when I signed up years ago mind you I haven't visited the forum in ages.

They don't take criticism too well, but they do endeavour to answer any questions you may have. If you simply want to rant and rave then you'll find yourself at the end of a ban hammer.
