I.p.phone Number For Cell C

Good day to all!

I am trying to use my cell phone as a modem for my P.C. ,But to do this I need to first obtain the the CELLC I.P. phone number. Please can any body help in this mater. I am currently using MTN but am trying to do some personal research!

Maybe this will help others, the number for MTN is *99#

if you talking about the GPRS number for CellC, its *99*#. At least, that's what works for me. Try phoning CellC help if it doesn't work for you.

WTF is a I.p Phone number? For a minute I though Cell C had organised a VOIP Call Centre number.

I believe you mean AP for Access Point Number. :eek:
 
Ah yes, one other thing Ryanaea.

I'm assuming that your SIM card is a CellC sim card, and that you have the Smartdata option from CellC enabled on the card. You can do nothing until they set it. It takes 24hrs to activate. Try using the web site to do this. Register on the CellC website, add your phone details, and then try register it. It should give you the numbers there.
