Problem with downloaded Shopper

I am new to Blackberry. Using a BB Bold 9790.

I have downloaded Shopper but can't find the icon for it on the home screen. I tried to reinstall but it tells me it is already installed. Is it a hidden icon for Shopper and how do I unhide it.

I'm not sure if the Bold 9790 is different, but check the folder "downloads" on your homescreen, most apps will put the shortcut there and not on the homescreen itself.

You can also view the homescreen and start typing....shop and it should show up, if universal search is enabled

No, I have checked but it's not under downloads. I have also searched for it on the homescreen search function but it is not reflected. I guess it's a bum program or there is something wrong with the Berry.
