EAST RAND BENONI connection speed is embarrassing!

Ever since the Beginning 2010 Ive had nothing but trouble with this service! We use to have such awesome speeds here in Benoni that I recommended Iburst to anybody who couldn't afford a Telkom fix line account, then shortly after the world cup soccer 2010 everything went down hill. All of a sudden my downloads were non existent and my internet surfing is slower than a slug on Valium! Its been two years and its hasnt improved.

Is there any plans from you guys to EVER get the towers working here again like it did prior 2010 or am I just wasting my time???

You are wasting your time complaining. Simple truth.

Sitting in Rynfield Benoni and also have speed issues...... and i have no fixed line avail in my area...

Yup, and to try and find the location of the towers seems harder than finding where the crown jewels are hidden....

Let us know the GPS coordinates of the towers so that we can utilise the flat panel antena that you guys have sold us and not given any assistance in installing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
