Facebook down?

Im sorry if this is the wrong place to post this thread, 1st time I posted about something like this so not quite sure where it should go..

Do anyone know if facebook is down or something, I cant get onto any facebook page, i just keep getting this message:

Invalid URL
The requested URL "/?ref=logo", is invalid.

I get this on different PC's and on all browsers I have...

Nope, facebook is working, I went on just now. try entering www.fb.me

Thanks I sorted it out, more or less.. I followed the thread and forced my Facebook and other sites to local and Facebook was fine when I used it with local only cap, but then when the new month started and i got my international cap, it refused to go onto facebook. I removed Facebook from the local cap force list and it worked fine again.
