so that is going to be interesting. I know they are a vox reseller but its just interesting since I think they are able to set shaping themselfs. So this will be good to see. Hoping to stress test tonight with p2p and usenet. Using a 4mb line.
yep also getting voxdsl, which is there own backbone, think lantic owns vox or vice versa or something :P

I'm using pppoe so I disconnect the whole time to check my usage..... It only records usage after a long time or if you disconnect

Emailed them asking why. Cause I used 600mb from 6pm to now and yes now my first 1Gb is almost gone.... Sigh....
I'm not fussy though cause for R59 is still a steal..... Speeds looks good so far. Ping to Eu is impressive too. Only the total download will count I think.
I also signed up and started using Atlantic yesterday. I have the same problem as the OP here. I had only one session before 6 in the evening, but my data is logged under my Package and not my Bolt On. Here is my total sessions for yesterday:

According to this I used about 300Mb of data under my Package and 70Mb for Uncapped. The only session before 6pm was only 24Mb. I also emailed them and I am waiting for their reply. I reminded them of what their website says here: http://www.lantic.net/bolt-on/index.html
"Automatic cutover at 6pm to Uncapped and back again at 6am"
Clearly this do not happen. They will have to fix this urgently.
Besides that, I have no complaints with the service. Will let you know what they say.
Thanks for confirming. Was wondering whether it was a global issue or related solely to my account. I guess we can confirm that it is a global issue.
Please let me know if you get any satisfaction in this regard (as per the email to me, they said I must just "trust" that the usage wont count during peak time). Would be interesting to see what they reply to you and whether they actually fix the problem once and for all. Please let us know what response you get...

Will do. No answer so far. They will have to fix this. I read the contract I signed again (that huge 13 page document where you have to sign every page) and this is copied directly from the contract:
I am also asking that they fix the incorrect data chargers to my Package Data• The uncapped service will only be valid during the following timeslots;
Weekdays Monday – Friday between 6pm-6am
Weekends Friday 6pm – Monday 6am
(Excluding public holidays)
