Telkom June/July ADSL speed increases
Nope, will only happen in July & August, not June.
But I know of a few people in Cape Town and Durban who have been upgraded, dont know why.

Business ADSL line got bumped from stable 2meg up to 5meg(stable).

Where are the upgrades occurring?
If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur.
What line do you have? Mine only goes up to 4MB, not 10MB, hoping that will change soon.
