So reading about government wanting to dip there fingers into our retirement savings, I just wanted to know; Would this policy that they are discussing only affect pension funds that employers are forced to take when starting a new job, or does it apply to current private RAs (eg if I have an RA through coronation)?

Another question, I'm looking into getting a private RA, what should I consider when looking at these? any recommendations of reliable companies offering RAs and why? I've heard that Coronation is good.
