RAR files disappearing after downloads

I am not sure where to post this, but it has been happening recently that I download rar files via Grabit, it shows that it downloads and creates the folder, but certain files just disappear or doesn't download at all. Does anybody know of this issue and why it does it ?

What I also noticed is that it happens with the same files. For eg. True Blood S05E04, .r05, .r07, r09, r11. Tried downloading .r05 3 times and the same issue. And now Newsroom ep1, only 4 rar files downloaded, but it showed that 1.4gigs worth of downloads for the night.

Try downloading the same file using Alt.Binz or SABNZdb and see what happens.

Also downloaded a movie via Grabit and par files + rar files have done a Houdini....

Disable the automatic extraction.

Also, it could be that you've downloaded fake files OR that the files are broken on the news server that you're using.

Anti virus? I know Norton 360 did that to me a while back. Although not with vids mostly with apps.

Just and update, tried disabling Anti-virus and deleted Microsoft Frontend Protection or some crap like that. Download via Grabit same issue, then tried via Alt.Binz and it worked. Not sure why, but it worked. Guess I will be switching over to Alt.Binz

If you have a PC that is almost always on for downloads, I would suggest that you move to SABnzbd+ instead.
