    Default What does ICASA regulate? only wireless?

    Sup Folks

    Can someone tell me, what does ICASA regulate with their independence of bs?, do they only regulated wireless networks via traditional old tech radio waves or all means of communication mediums, copper wires, wireless, fibre optic ......blablabla?

    the point of this tread is: can "quantum entanglement communication" be used without the interference from ICASA, because its a new technology on its way and its going to f*** up lots of things, it means, theres no need for fibre anymore

    no need to really have mentioned "quantum entanglement communication" but it does make things easier probably.
