Problem with YouTube Download Manager for Chrome

I added "YouTube Download Manager" extension to Chrome and got it to work correctly to download 8 episodes out of 10 of "The Bargee". Now it has stopped functioning and does not present me with the Download format menu.
Has anyone out there had the same experience and how did they resolve it?
 
I have two Youtube downloader extensions. I'm not sure which one it is that works, but they are called Official YouTube Downloader 111.1 and YouTube Downloader 12.0. Maybe try disabling them in options, restart Chrome and re-enable them.

EDIT: It looks like it may be the latter one that works.

Use Internet Download Manager. Simply the best thing since egg slicers...
