It takes 1 working day to cut. We use the post office for delivery with registered mail or via Speed Services Couriers counter to counter.

We don't have transparent acrylic in colours so can't help with that.oohhh... I am tempted too. Does it only come in a clear color? I wouldnt mind a purple transparent one

This depends on the mods required. We do cut customised stuff and charge a setup fee plus a time charge.

Yes, but they are more expensive and will take a lot longer to ship + 2 of the clear ones require elastic bands to hold them together.
Mr Jax, it sounds ok as a price. It would be good to check the finished product. If you can I would like to make an order for one of these. Let me know if possible.

Nice, just to confirm it doesn't require rubber bands to assemble like certain overseas ones right
Nope - it clicks together easily and is pretty stable. Tried plugging HDMI and USB in and out a few times - much easier gripping the case than gripping the PC board
You should seriously consider this option... R80.00 (excl postage).

I'm still thinking the ModMyPi case is pretty much one of the best ones out there...

This might be a bit of a longshot but can you make a bigger one that can house a full size keyboard and have the Pi underneath similar to what Ben Heck made in this video: http://www.raspberrypi.org/archives/1558 but out of acrylic?

That really is a nice case Ian. I grabbed my dremmel and a plastic business cards box and hacked around. Works - but it looks like kak.

Used a hand grinder. Some of those grooves were already there.
