Emailing from Outlook.com to Gmail.com?

So I thought I would try out the new outlook.com. Its meant to be Hotmail on steroids.

So everything seems to work okay, but I can not email from Outlook.com to my Gmail account. I can email from Gmail to Outlook, but not the other way around?

Anyone else having these kinda issues?

Yes it would that the SMS verification code is not operational in RSA yet but the alternative Email system does work.

Tested Outlook.com to Gmail now. Works fine.

I gave up on Outlook.com for now. Will wait for Microsoft to wake up and make a decent product again. Many of the test emails I sent only came through hours or a day later. Their email is as unreliable as their OS.

SMS is working for me...maybe because I migrated my hotmail,com to outlook.com domain??

I like the way MS is converging its offerings and UI to match Windows 8 look and feel. Uniformity and familiarity is what users will like. (OS X/Ubuntu is doing this as well, 2 years ago, nogal!).
