Would appreciate some help as I'm not techie at all and the store where I bought the Neotel USB/datacard (Altech in Blue Route Mall) is unable to help me.

I'm struggling to install the ZTE wireless terminal onto my MAC OS X 10.5.8 (PowerBook). I managed to install onto my biz partner's MacBook, but is there something I should be doing differently on the older Mac?

The NeoData icon is on the desktop but when I try to open it says "You can't support the application 'App' because it is not supported in this architecture".

Any ideas?
