Question about Telkom Internet Accounts?

I'm trying to choose an ISP - and I seem to understand that you get a few extra gigs on the Telkom Internet Accounts - but what happens to local access once you reach your cap? Is it cut off completely - or can you carry on using local sites till the end of the month???
 
With Telkom, once you are cut off, thats it. It is a hard cap.
 
but it varies as to when the "cut-off" will come after the 3gb.

I normally managed around 7gb or 8gb before capped.
 
depends on your "pull". The more you download, and the closer to month start, the more you get.
I would think that most people who hit 3GB by the 27th of the month will be lucky to get very much more.
