Go with Saix. I know of numerous people who have had to move away from IS in order to play Guild Wars.

To be truthfull , the bandwidth requirements for GW are minimal . I play extensively online and have yet to use 1Gb of bandwidth for GWOriginally Posted by davidr
So Iburst has gone the same way as Neotel and Sentech... Iburst=Neotel=Sentech(R.I.P)
IS or SAIX should be good. No problems with either of these 2.
I have played Guild Wars on virtually all types of connections (56k, ISDN, ADSL, GPRS, HSDPA, with BlueTooth thrown in the mix) and Guild Wars played on all of them (No ABSA though)

Guild Wars does not work well with IS!
If you have an option between IS and Saix go with Saix.
I am not talking on heresay, I know IS (as ISP) does work!!
The resellers on IS may be problematic, like ABSA, etc.
If you do get an account from IS, make sure it is through them and not a willy-nilly reseller.
I still prefer SAIX though, simply because I have a longer relationship with them.

Okay so im up and running with Guild Wars. 4 of us are playing, but it only allows 2 people per party. How do I get more people into my party when i start the game?
Simple answer. You can't.
As you progress through the game your party size will increase.
When you hit post searing (you're in pre searing now) your party size will increase to 4. I think it then increases to 6 when you hit Yaks Bend. I think the next jump is in the southern shiverpeaks when it then jumps to 8.
And FAQ please.
Where can one aquire this game without having to go online and purchase it ?
bit of searching and I found it here: www.btgames.co.za for R275![]()

I answered you in the other thread as well. There is also Take2 - www.take2.co.za, and Kalahari - www.kalahari.net
They might be cheaper. Think Take2 is R265 for each one, Prophecies and Factions.

Most CNA's and Look and Listen's sell Guild Wars.
Also have a look in your local CNA and other computer shops.
Edit: Sorry, same as what spaceman said.![]()
Went to CNA and game at La Lucia Mall today. Sold out
Phoned Unreal Internet Cafe in Pavilion. Sold out
Will phone around some more...
I had trouble finding it in durbs as well. Eventually found it at the horribly overpriced Incredible Connection in Gateway.
