New Sims Info

Hi Piesang,

It is extremely difficult to get hold of these guys, I am unable to get through to them on the numbers that were given to me, I have resulted in looking up there information on our systems ( if they are not anonymous ) nd e-mailing them, if any of them are able to give you more information than just their cell number that would be great.

Details sent - as mentioned - I have had my VM phone with me these last 2 days and no missed calls or voicemail messages are shown.

Just received a call from them that they will deliver my new sim tomorrow or Thursday. So seems like we are getting somewhere.

Strange though, just like adsl3g - I've had my VM sim in a mobile permantly on me the last 4 days... :confused:

I'm not just saying this. And I really hope the same will happen to you guys.

Carmen told me the Thursday morning that I will receive me sim on Friday afternoon. And on Friday, exactly 12:00 the courier people delivered it to my door.

I really think this must cost them a fortune to give everyone new sim cards and courier it to us. They really need a big thank you.:D :D

only kidding - heard them punting the free duffel bag on Virgin Active adverts :D

So what happens to the old card - you give it back or what?
