Q. I have a mailbox which I set up already but my calls are not going to my voicemail. How do I fix this?
A. If Callers hear the message "the subscriber you have dialled is not available, please try again later" when calling you and your phone is switched off or you do not reach the phone in time to answer, it means that your mailbox greeting is active, but you have not activated your phone to send your calls to your voicemail on : (1) No reply - when you do not answer your phone in time and (2) Not Reachable - when your phone is switched off or you are out of coverage and (3) Busy - when you are busy on another call. To activate your diverts to your voicemail : Press one or more of the following sequences : 1)For the "No Reply" divert, press **61*082131 or **61*072131 and the last 7 digits of your cellphone number followed by the hash key and the dialling button. 2) For the "Not Reachable" divert, press **62*082131 or **62*072131 and the last 7 digits of your cellphone number followed by the hash key and the dialling button. 3) For the "Busy" divert, press **67*082131 or **67*072131 and the last 7 digits of your cellphone number followed by the hash key and the dialling button. 4) For the "Unconditional" divert, press **21*082131 or **21*072131 and the last 7 digits of your cellphone number followed by the hash key and the dialling button. This means that your cellphone will not ring with incoming calls, but all calls will automatically be routed straight to your voicemail. 5) To cancel all diverts, press ##002# and the dialling button. This means that your voicemail greeting will still exist but your calls will no longer be routed to this greeting. Callers will hear the greeting "the subscriber you have dialled is not available, please try again later".
