Why must I pay R150.00

I am upgrading from a R50.00 a month, month to month straight up contract to R200.00 straight up 6 month contract sim only.

Cell C at Brooklyn charges me R150.00 because it is policy.

Why?:wtf::wtf::wtf:

Another rip off by a SP!:mad:

He arranged that the R150.00 be re-inbursed.
