Hey Guys im hoping someone can give me some insight on this:
I have a brand new transformer tf300tg with dock, I updated the tablet on its own to the new 4.1.1 firmware great,so i plug in the dock and it freezes the tablet then it switches off cold.
I did a bit of fault finding what i found is that when i power the unit on from cold boot without the dock it does this, yet if i cold boot the tablet with the dock attached its fine i can then unplug the dock and even if the unit goes into standby its fine if i re-connect it.
also if i use the asus task manager and one-click clean it also then freezes and switches off if i connect the dock....
Is this normal is there some process that should always be running that isn't or is there a update i can do for the dock somehow????
(fyi not sure if this thread is in the right place since there isnt a android tablet section that i can see obviously there is ipad bias here
