I know I bitch and moan often... but its to receive the service I pay for:D

I would just like the thank Ed Hall for making the effort to eventually get the problem resolved.

I think that once billing info is available online it may resolve a lot of uncertainty... AS LONG AS there is an effecient way to query such invoices and there is a reliable channel of communication. For that one need pro-active monitoring...

Yes, they should make our accounts available to view online. I don't think they will as they will then sort of 'admit' that their debit order system is crap.
