From what I read, it's 40million for the website and a bolted on +-57 million for stuff involved in it, totaling about 97 Million.

That could be seen in the very confusing documents, it was noted as the MINIMUM it could have cost...
 
Many taxes should be abolished, and publicly funded development projects should be financed via a kickstarter.com type site. One can dream, right?
 
I am a Software developer in php. I have done a few custom programs for government .... Imagine if one these guys got a hold of my Performance Management System program. I am sure it would have sold for millions where as I only charged less that 50K for it. LOL ..... What a joke ... :D That what happens when you do a lot of crash courses, thinking you can be an IT fundi overnight.

For a mere R30 / month, I have a domain and wordpress site. Even if I run it for 5 years, the total cost is R1800. It is 0.00129% of the cost. Just saying :wtf:
