No Neotel connection in Northdene Durban. Is there a problem?

I cant get any connection. The number for the call centre and the Durban office is engaged all the time. Is there a problem?

We had outages in certain areas but they were resolved. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact our call centre on 011 774 0045 and a consultant should be able to assist you.
