Hi all,

I was under the impression that they were not allowed to network lock cell phones anymore, or am i mistaken.

It was bought on a prepaid by a girl in the office, she uses her vodacom sim during the day and then her own mtn sim in the evenings.

?

Any idea were to get a locked nokia 6680 unlocked in sa??

Hi web,

I don't understand what you are getting at, if she uses her VC sim during the day and her MTN sim in the evening, then it obviously isn't net locked...

Sorry bad english:D what i meant was that is what she used to do, but she went and got a new phone and now it wont work with the mtn sim.

Hi,like Shadley said...google for "remote unlocking"

Nokia is quite easy to unlock with remote codes...should begin with "pw"

Ah, what handset is it? In my experience, they say its network locked, but never is. An AFAIK they aren't supposed to be doing it anymore.

pwnz0r_t3h_6680 by any chance? :D
