    Default Network Locked Phones ?

    Hi all,

I was under the impression that they were not allowed to network lock cell phones anymore, or am i mistaken.

It was bought on a prepaid by a girl in the office, she uses her vodacom sim during the day and then her own mtn sim in the evenings.

    ?

    Hi web,

I don't understand what you are getting at, if she uses her VC sim during the day and her MTN sim in the evening, then it obviously isn't net locked...

Ah, what handset is it? In my experience, they say its network locked, but never is. An AFAIK they aren't supposed to be doing it anymore.
